Can you tell us about your mindset and goals when you participated in deploy(impact)?

When I participated in deploy(impact), my mindset was focused on upskilling in tech. My primary goal was to develop practical skills and leverage them to take the next step in my career.

Please tell us how deploy(impact) helped you in your job search.

Participating in deploy(impact) had a substantial impact on my job search. This firsthand experience allowed me to showcase my practical skills and provide potential employers with tangible proof of my capabilities.

How do you think that participating in deploy(impact) contributed to your career development?

The program boosted my confidence, both in my abilities and in handling technical aspects. Moreover, it deepened my understanding of interpersonal dynamics in a professional context.

Which aspects of deploy(impact) did you find helpful in your career development?

One of the positive aspects of deploy(impact) is its multifaceted approach. I had the opportunity to present a project and take on the role of a lead designer. This diversity enriched my skill set.

How valuable was the guided learning experience during deploy(impact)’22?

I would rate the guided learning experience during deploy(impact) a perfect 5. This underscores the program’s effectiveness in providing a structured and supportive environment for participants to thrive.

Did you get a job or change roles in the six months that followed the program?

While I did not secure a new job or change roles in the six months following the program, my journey was still a resounding success. I gained knowledge, confidence, and a real-world project to showcase my abilities.
